Diplomová práce srovnává klíčové instituty vymáhání náhrady škody ze soutěžněprávních deliktů v České republice a Anglii a Walesu a zkoumá dopady přijaté unijní úpravy. The diploma thesis compares key institutes of private enforcement of Competition law in the Czech Republic, England and Wales and examines impacts of adopted EU Directive on antitrust damages actions. Selected elements are furthermore evaluated in the light of US legal framework.
