Tématem bakalářské práce je organizační kultura oblastní charity. Cílem práce bylo poznat a popsat organizační kulturu vybrané oblastní charity a její základní kulturní prvky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část se zabývá organizační kulturou, jejími prvky, zdroji a strukturou. The theme of the bachelor thesis is organizational culture of regional Caritas. The aim of the thesis was to identify and describe the organizational culture of selected regional Caritas and its basic cultural elements. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts.
