Bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosem biologické léčby pro pacienty s nespecifickými střevními záněty. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě základní části. V první části jsou popsány jednotlivé idiopatické střevní záněty, jejich diagnostika a léčba včetně výživy. The bachelor thesis focuses on benefit of biological treatment for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. The theoretical part is divided into two parts. The first part describes particular individual idiopathic intestinal inflammations, its diagnostics and treatment including nutrition therapy.
