Srdeční rytmus a jeho variabilita tvoří neinvazivní nástroj pro studium stavu jak kardiovaskulární soustavy, tak i autonomní nervové soustavy lidí a koní. Tato práce se v prvé řadě zabývá analýzou dob srdečních cyklů získaných při zátěžovém vyšetření koní pomocí lineárních modelů. Heart rate and its variability constitute a noninvasive tool that enables us to assess the cardiovascular activity and the autonomic nervous system in both humans and horses. This thesis focuses on the analysis of stress-test recordings of horses during treadmill exercise by means of linear models.
