Key factors of financial performance of business entities in the field of distillation, rectification and blending of spirits

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace klíčových faktorů finanční výkonnosti podnikatelských subjektů v odvětví destilace, rektifikace a míchání lihovin v České republice. V první části diplomové práce je věnována pozornost analýze českých i zahraničních informačních zdrojů se související tématikou podnikatelského prostředí odvětví destilace, rektifikace a míchání lihovin. Aplikační část diplomové práce se zaměřuje pomocí strategické analýzy na současnou situaci od-větví destilace, rektifikace a míchání lihovin a identifikuje základní charakteristiky odvětví. Další součástí aplikační části je posouzení strategické finanční výkonnosti podnikatelských subjektů v odvětví rozdělených do tří velikostních kategorií za využití aplikace modifikovaného pyramidového rozkladu ukazatelů strategické finanční výkonnosti. Následně jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory ovlivňující finanční výkonnosti podnikatelských subjektů v odvětví destilace, rektifikace a míchání lihovin. V závěrečné části této diplomové práce je obsažena diskuze získaných výsledků a stanových dílčích výzkumných otázek.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the key factors of financial performance of business entities in the field of distillation, rectification and blending of spirits in the Czech Republic. The first part of the diploma thesis pays attention to the analysis of Czech and foreign information sources with related topics of the business environment of the distillation, rectification and blending of spirits. The application part of the diploma thesis focuses on the current situation of the distillation, rectification and blending of spirits branches and determines the basic characteristics of the industry by means of strategic analysis. The next part of the application part is the assessment of the strategic financial performance of business entities in the sector divided into three sizes of categories using the application of a modified pyramid decomposition of strategic financial performance indicators. Subsequently, key factors influencing the financial performance of businesses in the distillation, rectification and blending of spirits sectors are identified.The final part of this diploma thesis contains a discussion of the obtained results and tent partial research questions.
