Problematika vzdělávání seniorů a vybrané aspekty jejich práce s ICT

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se věnuji problematice vzdělávání seniorů se zaměřením na oblast práce s informační a komunikační technikou. V úvodní části se zabývám rozdělením stáří a charakteristikou procesu stárnutí, zejména pak změnami, ke kterým dochází v důsledku stárnutí a jak tyto změny ovlivňují vzdělávací proces seniorů. Dále popisuji vývoj konceptu celoživotního vzdělávání a pedagogické disciplíny, které se zabývají vzděláváním dospělých, a specifikuji formy vzdělávání seniorů v České republice. V závěru teoretické části zachycuji potřebu aktivizace a motivace ve vzdělávání seniorů, didaktické zásady, zvláštnosti a specifické problémy, které se vyskytují při vzdělávání seniorů. Ve výzkumné části popisuji motivaci seniorů v jejich začátcích práce s informačními a komunikačními technologiemi, charakterizuji jejich zájmy a specifikuji problémy, se kterými se senioři v této oblasti setkávají.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is aimed at the issue of education of senior people in working with ICT. The initial part of the thesis deals with the age and the characteristics of the aging process, particularly with the changes that occur as a result of aging and how these changes influence the learning process of older people. This part also depicts the development of the concept of lifelong education and pedagogical disciplines that deal with the education of adults. The next part describes possible forms of education of senior people in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part also emphasises the need of activation and motivation in education of senior people, didactic principles, characteristics and specific problems that occur in education of senior people. The research part depicts the motivation of older people at the beginning of working with ICT, describes their interests in this field and specifies the problems that they encounter in their studies.
