Security Assessment of the Selected Public Space from the Point of View of the Protection of Soft Targets

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany měkkých cílů se zaměřením na vybrané veřejné prostranství. V teoretické části je uvedena základní terminologie a metodické dokumenty týkající se ochrany měkkých cílů. V praktické části je popsáno vybrané veřejné prostranství, jsou uvedena jeho specifika a veřejné akce, které se zde pořádají. Následně je analyzován současný stav z pohledu bezpečnosti a provedena analýza rizik. Na základě zjištěných rizik je vytvořen návrh technických i netechnických bezpečnostních opatření.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of soft target protection with a focus on selected public spaces. In the theoretical part, the basic terminology and methodological documents concerning the protection of soft targets are presented. In the practical part, the selected public space is described, its specifics and the public events that take place there are presented. Subsequently, the current situation is analysed from the security point of view and a risk analysis is carried out. On the basis of the risks identified, a proposal for technical and non-technical security measures is developer.
