Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má za cíl zhodnotit antimutagenitu flavonoidní látky rutinu. Pozitivní biologická role tohoto extraktu je dána jeho antioxidačními vlastnostmi. Zhodnocení míry antioxidačních účinků bylo provedeno Amesovým testem za využití bakteriálního indikátorového kmene Salmonella typhimurium TA102 umožňujícího detekci poškození indukovanou mutageny se silnými oxidačními vlastnostmi. Bachelor?s thesis has for object to assess anti-mutagenicity of flavonoid substance rutin. Positive biological role of this extract is caused by its anti-oxidant properties. Evaluation of the degree of anti-oxidizing effects was performed by Ames test using bacterial indicating strain of Salmonella typhimirium TA102, allowing the damage detection induced by mutagens with strong oxidizing properties …more
