The design of the flux switching permanent magnet machine

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na tokem spínané stroje s permanentními magnety FSPM. V úvodu práce jsou popisovány permanentní magnety, jejich fyzikální podstata, materiály používané pro výrobu permanentních magnetů a jejich charakteristické vlastnosti. V následující kapitole je popsáno zařazení FSPM strojů, jejich vznik a princip jejich činnosti. Dále je popisován základní postup návrhu FSPM stroje, nejdříve jako obecné stanovení postupu a základních rovnic, následně je popisován konkrétní návrh FSPM stroje s rozložením pólů 12/14. Pro navržený stroj je vytvořen 3D a 2D model, na základě 2D modelu je provedena simulace rozložení magnetické indukce v programu FEMM, a také simulace průběhu indukovaného napětí a momentu stroje. Hlavní simulované parametry jsou porovnány s parametry stroje se stejným statorem a deseti-pólovým rotorem.

Abstract:

Submitted master thesis thesis is focused on flux-switching permanent magnet machine - FSPM. In the introduction of the thesis describes permanent magnets, the physical nature, materials used for the manufacture of permanent magnets and their characteristics. The next chapter there is the inclusion of FSPM machine, their origin and operation principle described. It is also described the basic design methodology of FSPM machine, first as a general determination of process and the basic equations, consequently concrete FSPM machine proposal with the pole layout 12/14. For the proposed machine 2D and 3D models are formed; simulation of magnetic induction distribution in FEMM, and simulation of the Induced-back electromotive force and torque of the machine is performed on the basis of the 2D model. Main simulated parameters are compared with parameters of the machine with the same stator and ten-pole rotor.
