Abstract:
Dřeviny, zejména stromy, výrazně mění růstové podmínky daného stanoviště. Svými fyziologickými projevy ovlivňují hydrologické a světelné poměry a podmiňují tak druhovou skladbu rostlinného společenstva. V lese s hustým stromovým patrem se udržuje specifické mikroklima, jehož mitigační účinek je nejvíce patrný za horkých letních dní. Woody plants, especially trees, affects the site microclimate. With their physiological manifestations, they influence hydrological and light conditions and, consequently, the composition and abundance of species from the plant community.
