The Role of the Czech Army in the Integrated Rescue System and the Security System of the Czech Republic

Anotace:

Práce se zabývá vztahem mezi Armádou České republiky, Integrovaným záchranným systémem a bezpečnostním systémem České republiky. Úvodem se řeší legislativa související s bezpečností České republiky. Jedná se zejména o Ústavu, Listinu základních práv a svobod, Bezpečnostní a Obrannou strategií České republiky. V další části práce se popisují úlohy Armády České republiky v Integrovaném záchranném systému a bezpečnostním systému České republiky, které jsou stěžejními body této práce. V předposlední části se práce věnuje ozbrojeným silám České republiky, a to především jejímu složení, historii a současnosti. Závěrem se práce zabývá úlohou Armády České republiky v souvislosti s krizovými stavy, situacemi a mimořádnými událostmi. Nedílnou součástí je pak charakteristika problémů, související s bezpečnostním systémem České republiky, které jsou pomocí SWOT analýzy vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the relationship between the Army of the Czech Republic, the Integrated rescue system and the security system of the Czech Republic. The legislation related to the security of the Czech Republic is addressed in the introduction. These are, in particular, the Constitution, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, the Security and Defense Strategy of the Czech Republic. The next part of the thesis describes the roles of the Army of the Czech Republic in the Integrated rescue system and security system of the Czech Republic, which are the main points of this work. In the penultimate part, the work deals with the armed forces of the Czech Republic, especially their composition, history and present. Finally, the work deals with the role of the Army of the Czech Republic in connection with crises, situations and emergencies. An integral part is the characteristics of problems related to the security system of the Czech Republic, which are evaluated using SWOT analysis.
