Následující práce se věnuje bytové politice a nájemnímu bydlení v České republice. Nejprve jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy v oblasti bydlení a popsány důsledky regulace na trhu s byty. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje konkrétně na nájemní bydlení, detailně popisuje jednotlivé typy této formy bydlení. Třetí kapitola představuje historický vývoj a východiska regulace nájemného v ČR.
