Tématem této diplomové práce je rozbor právní úpravy ochrany proti zásahům do práv k obchodní firmě. Úvodní kapitola je věnována obecnému úvodu k obchodní firmě. Je zde stručně vymezen pojem obchodní firmy v historickém vývoji a ve srovnání s předchozím institutem obchodního jména, dále funkce obchodní firmy, její zásady a chráněné údaje.
