Study and comparison of atmospheric plasma systems for surface modification of materials
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsou zkoumány a porovnávány zdroje atmosférického plazmatu z hlediska plazmové povrchové úpravy polykarbonátu. Těmito zdroji jsou difúzní koplanární povrchový bariérový výboj (DCSBD) a nový lineární plazmový systém (LPS). Měřenými parametry byly kontaktní úhel vody, povrchová energie, adheze a efekt stárnutí. Vzorky byly dále chemicky analyzovány metodami FTIR a XPS.
Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis, two sources of atmospheric plasma are analysed and compared in regard to plasma surface treatment of polycarbonate. The two plasma sources are the diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge (DCSBD) and the new linear plasma system (LPS).
