Abstract:
Diplomová práce "Velké právní systémy" se zabývá rozborem a komparací tří největších právních systémů dnešní doby - kontinentálního,angloamerického a islámského, a to v kontextu právní teorie a se zaměřením na právo anglické a americké, jejich vzájemné srovnání a vliv římskoprávní tradice na jejich vývoj.
Abstract:
The thesis named "Big Legal systems" deals with the analysis and comparison of three biggest legal systems of today - Continental,Angloamerican and Islamic law system;all in the context of legal theory and with the intention of English and American law, their mutual comparison and influence of Roman law traditions over their developement.
