Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sociální péčí v Táboře ve letech 1850 - 1914. Soustředí se na fungování a rozsah chudinské péče ze strany obecní samosprávy a dobrovolných organizací zabývajících se touto činností. Práce se snaží postihnout specifika města, která měla vliv na podobu a proměny této péče i motivace jejích poskytovatelů v průběhu druhé poloviny 19. století.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with social care in Tábor between 1850 and 1914. It focuses on the functioning and the extent of the care for the poor on the part of the local government and voluntary organizations engaged in this activity.
