Factoring financing in SME

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktoringem jako formou financování v malých a středních podnicích. V teoretické části nejprve popisuji malé a střední podniky a jejich význam v ekonomice. Dále podrobněji vysvětluji význam, druhy, právní základ a současný stav faktoringu v České republice. V praktické části se zabývám reálným příkladem faktoringového financování ve vybrané společnosti, která začala využívat faktoringové služby v roce 2009. Nejprve popíšu finanční situací společnosti. Na závěr porovnávám náklady faktoringové financování a náklady kontokorentního úvěru dané společnosti.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is devoted to factoring as the form of small and medium enterprises financing. In the theoretical part, first of all, the small and medium enterprises are described as well as their value in the economics. A value, types, legal base and present factoring position in the Czech Republic will be further described in detail. The practical part will be dedicated to work with the present example of factoring financing in the chosen company, which has begun the use of factoring since 2009. First of all, I will concern myself with the description of financial position of the enterprise. In the end I will compare factoring and overdraft credit expenses of the given organization.
