Review of opinions and attitudes to the diet and movement of girls with eating disorder.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou, která je důležitou součástí také sportu a to konkrétně dvěmi oblastmi, stravou a poruchami příjmu potravy. Nejprve práce popisuje jednotlivé složky stravy a jejich vhodné poměry. Následující část je obecně věnována poruchám příjmu potravy a současné situaci těchto nemocí v České republice a zahraničí. V dalších kapitolách se blíže věnujeme anorexii a objasňujeme pojmy s ní spjaté. Následují kapitoly věnované bulimii a pojmům související s nemocí. V závěrečných kapitolách anorexie a bulimie je uvedena historie těchto nemocí. Poslední kapitola se zabývá propojením poruch příjmu potravy a sportu. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje kvalitativní šetření, kde hlavním úkolem bylo seznámit se se současnými názory na stravu, pohyb, sebepojetí, motivacemi, informovaností o nemocech příjmu potravy a možnými vlivy pro vznik těchto zákeřných psychických onemocnění, jakými bezesporu anorexie a bulimie jsou. Získané informace tak mohou být nápomocné v řešení daných problémů. Výsledky nejnovějších výzkumů potvrzují růst těchto nemocí a varují před anorexií a bulimii, které získaly přívlastek ?moderní nemoc? ohrožující dnešní populaci.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis goes through the problems which are nowadays important parts of sport as well; we talk especially about two areas - nurture and eating disorder. First, the work talks about certain parts of nurture and its correct ratios. The second part deals with the eating disorder in general and the situation of these diseases in Czech Republic and abroad. Next chapters deal with Anorexia nervosa and the terms which occur in connection with it. Next chapters are focused on the Bulimia nervosa and on the terms which are adherent to the disease. The history of these two diseases is mentioned in the final chapters. The very last chapter considers the problems of interaction between eating disorder and sports. Research consist of qualitative inquiry whose main goal was to understand actual opinions of nurture, movement, self, motivation, awareness about diseases like eating disorder and possible influences for formation of these aggressive psychical diseases, which Anorexia nervosa and Bulimia nervosa are without any doubt. Given information might be helpful in the solution of its problems. Results of actual researches confirm the growth of these diseases and warn from Anorexia nervosa and Bulimia nervosa, which took an attribute ?modern disease? treating today?s society.
