Transfer of Tax Records to Accounting Considering the Personal Income Taxes

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá převodem daňové evidence na účetnictví, důvody přechodu a objasněním postupu u osoby samostatně výdělečně činné. Součástí práce je i časové rozlišení zdanění zásob a pohledávek a zmírnění daňového dopadu převodu. Způsob převodu jednotlivých položek majetku a závazků je zde uveden na konkrétním příkladu. V práci je také objasněn obsah a forma daňové evidence a účetnictví. Dále jsou v práci popsány rozdíly mezi oběma systémy, jimiž lze v České republice zaznamenávat hospodářské operace, a jsou zde uvedeny právní úpravy, jimž tyto systémy poléhají.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the transfer of tax evidence into accounting, the reasons of this transfer and explanation of steps the person own gainfully employed should follow. The time adjustment of supplies and active debts taxation and also reduction of taxation incidence of the transfer are included in the thesis. There is a concrete example of the way how the units of property and liabilities could be transferred. The thesis also clarifies the content and form of the tax evidence as well as accounting. Further the differences between both systems are explained, through which one could record the economic operations in the Czech Republic. There are the legal regulations added to which these systems are subjected to, as well.
