Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá především účelem trestání v českém právním systému. Není opomenuta definice trestu, jeho funkce a teorie, které trestání ospravedlňují, a sice teorie utilitární, retribuční a smíšená. This bachelor thesis deals mainly with the purpose of punishment in the Czech legal system, includes definitions of punishment, as well as the functions and theories which justify punishment-utilitarian, retributivism and combined theory.
