Abstract:

Cílem této práce je analýzou současné literatury zabývající se analytickým anarchismem ukázat, že celý spor o anarchismus je ekonomické povahy - jedná se o spor o strukturu odvětví. Anarchie by mohla vzniknout, jen pokud by byla splněna celá řada předpokladů. Jedná o obhajobu tržní struktury, která nemůže ze své podstaty nastat. Dále je ukázáno, že anarchismus systemataticky opomíjí výhody organizace (dle Hayekova pojetí). Nemůžeme a-priori vyloučit situaci, kdy bezstátní společenský systém bude méně výkonný než ten dnešní. Současným řešením je demokratizace monopolu: veřejná kontrola nad nevyhnutelně monopolní organizací poskytující obranu. Anarchimus také mimo jiné zcela opomíjí vliv zájmových skupin, pozitivní zpětné vazby a důsledků sponntáně tvořeného práva.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to show that dispute over analytic anarchism is core economic problem - it is dispute over industrial organization, i.e. about monopoly. Anarchy relies heavily on assumptions. Today is the whole theory of anarchism justification of competitive markets but this market structure is impossible to achieve. I also show that anarchism systematically omits advantages of organizations (in Hayekian sence). We can not rule out a-priori situation in which anarchy is less productive than state social systems. We have found a solution to this problem: democratization of inevitably monopolistic organization that produces defence and law. Besides other things, anarchism also omits effects of interests groups, positive feedback and consequences of spontaneously created law.
