Process of obtaining financial resources from European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development during 2007-2013

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou možnosti čerpání finančních zdrojů z Evropské unie. Přestože je Evropská unie jednou z ekonomicky nejúspěšnějších oblastí světa, mezi jednotlivými členskými státy existují určité rozdíly. Řešení regionálních politik by mělo přispět k nastolení vyváženého rozvoje regionů pomocí fondů Evropské unie. Jelikož otázka možnosti získání finančních prostředků z fondů EU je velmi zajímavá, neváhala jsem si vybrat toto téma diplomové práce i z důvodu přínosu mé profesi. Smyslem diplomové práce je podat přehledný a ucelený návod, jak postupovat při hledání možnosti využívání prostředků z rozpočtu Evropské unie. Diplomová práce se zejména zaměřuje na možnosti čerpání zdrojů z Evropského zemědělského fondu pro rozvoj venkova, z kterého lze finanční prostředky čerpat prostřednictvím Programu rozvoje venkova. Metodicky dané postupy jsem popsala v teoretické části diplomové práce a jejich použití jsem zahrnula do části praktické, kde jsem vypracovala konkrétní projekt pro podání žádosti o dotaci z Programu rozvoje venkova.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis focuses on aspects concerning possibility to draw from the European Union financial funds. Although the European Union is one of the economically most successful areas of the world, there are certain differences between particular member states. Regional policies solving should contribute to establishment of balanced development of regions through the European Union funds. As the possibility to obtain financial means from the EU funds is very interesting, I didn’t hesitate to select this topic for my diploma thesis, as it is also beneficial for my profession. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present a transparent and comprehensive guide how to proceed while looking for the possibility to use means from the European Union budget. The diploma thesis prevailingly focuses on possibility to draw resources from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, from which financial means may be drawn through the Rural Development Programme. I have described methodologically specified procedures in the theoretic part of my diploma thesis and I included their use in the practical part, where I developed a particular project for submission of a request for grant from the Rural Development Programme.
