Regional disparities in the labour market in the Liberec region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Regionální disparity na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji" se zabývá problematikou vývoje trhu práce v Libereckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům, které se vážou k trhu práce. V praktické části je analyzována situace na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji a jeho okresech od roku 2000 do současnosti. Analyzovány jsou hlavní aspekty nezaměstnanosti a jejich vývoj prostřednictvím statických a dynamických ukazatelů s důrazem na období hospodářské krize v Libereckém kraji, a dále vyhodnocení regionálních disparit na mikroregionální úrovni. Hlavní metodou je meziregionální komparativní analýza a analýza časových řad.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Regional disparities in the labor market in The Liberec region" deals with the development of the labor market in The Liberec region. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts that are related to the labor market. The practical part analyzes the labor market situation in the Liberec region and its districts from 2000 to the present. The main aspects of unemployment and their development are analyzed through static and dynamic indicators with an emphasis on the period of economic crisis in the Liberec region, as well as the evaluation of regional disparities at the microregional level. The main method is interregional comparative analysis and analysis of time series.
