Analysis of production inventory management in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice řízení zásob ve společnosti PEM trade s. r. o. V její teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se řízení zásob, především definice zásob, jejich členění a význam pro podnik. Dále jsou popsány způsoby výpočtů zásob a poměrových ukazatelů, jakým způsobem jsou zásoby pořizovány, náklady s tím spojené a nejčastější metody používané pro řízení zásob. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu výrobních zásob ve společnosti PEM trade s. r. o.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of inventory management in the company PEM trade Ltd. In its theoretical part are explained basic terms related to inventory management, especially the definition of inventory, its dividing and significance for the company. Next, there are described inventory calculation methods and ratio indexes, a way of taking inventory, costs associated with it and the most often used methods for inventory management. The practical part is focused on analysis of production inventory management in the company PEM trade Ltd.
