Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji problémům trestní odpovědnosti nezletilých a mladistvých na územích České republiky, Spolkové republiky Německa a Ruské federace. In my bachelor thesis deals with problems of criminal liability of minors and adolescents in the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Russian Federation. The aim is to dismantle criminal law in the Czech Republic, identify goals and forms of criminal responsibility, discuss kinds of mandatory measures and penalties applicable to minors.
