Práce se věnuje problematice rekurence Crohnovy nemoci u pacientů, kteří podstoupili ileocékální resekci. The thesis deals with the issue of recurrence of Crohn's disease in patients who have undergone ileocecal resection. In the first part, it discusses Crohn's disease in general, its etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, therapy and, with regard to the aim of the study, the reasons and risk factors of the postoperative recurrence.
