Tato práce si klade za cíl zjistit úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců s podnikovým vzděláváním ve firmě XY se záměrem odzkoušení rutinní metodiky sledování spokojenosti zaměstnanců v této oblasti, jenž by umožňovala porovnat data za určitou dobu a tedy i nastínit vývoj trendů ve vzdělávání zaměstnanců.
