Influence of transregional infrastructure on the local labor market and labor migration on the example of the Čáslav military airport.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na daném příkladu interpretace vztahů infrastruktury nadregionálního významu na místní trh práce ve vymezeném dojížďkovém regionu Čáslav. Nadregionální infrastruktura je zde chápána jako vojenská letecká základna Čáslav neboli také 21. základna taktického letectva Čáslav. Dílčím cílem této diplomové práce je vymezení dojížďkového regionu Čáslav dle denní dojížďky za prací do střediska Čáslav za rok 2011 a přiblížení tohoto regionu formou regionální analýzy. Hlavním zdrojem dat v tomto případě je Český statistický úřad ze sčítacího období Sčítání lidu, domů a bytů z roku 2011. Další součástí této práce je autorovo analytické vyhodnocení funkčního i ekonomického dopadu vojenského letiště Čáslav na místní trh práce a pracovně migrační proudy. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popis a interpretace teoretických přístupů již publikovaných prací ke vztahu infrastruktury nadregionálního významu a místního trhu práce.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the given example of interpreting the relations of the infrastructure of supra-regional importance to the local labour market in the defined commuting region of Čáslav. Supra-regional infrastructure is understood as the military air force base of Čáslav or also 21st tactical air force base of Čáslav. The partial aim of this master thesis is to define the commuting region of Čáslav according to daily commuting for work in the centre of Čáslav for 2011 and to approach the region in the form of regional analysis. The main source of data in this case is the Czech Statistical Office from the census period of the 2011 Population and Housing Census. The next part of this work is an author-analytical evaluation of the functional and economic impact of the Čáslav military airport on the local labour market and labour migratory flows. The main aim of this master thesis is to describe and interpret the theoretical approaches of already published works on the relation of the infrastructure of supra-regional importance and the local labour market.
