Analysis of Facts about Russia in the Czech Text-books of Russian Language

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou zastoupení a způsobu prezentace reálií v českých učebnicích ruského jazyka. Hlavním cílem této práce je porovnání frekvence zastoupení reálií v prvních dílech učebnic ruského jazyka pro základní vzdělávání (Радуга по-новому 1, Поехали! Rychlý start, ЭХО 1, Классные друзья 1 а Времена 1). Dále byly stanoveny následující dílčí cíle: zjištění a porovnání aktivizujících úloh v rámci učiva reálií, porovnání toho, jakou formou je téma reálií zpracováváno (textová, vizuální, kombinovaná), obsahové rozlišení témat reálií a následné zjištění nejčastěji zastoupené oblasti, zjištění, zda učebnice splňují požadavky na osvojení učiva reálií na základě RVP pro DCJ a porovnání zastoupení reálií ze všech ruskojazyčných zemí. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy učebnice, Rámcový vzdělávací program, Společný evropský referenční rámec pro jazyky, a také se zabývá pojmem reálie. Praktickou část tvoří metodologie, výsledky a vyhodnocení analýzy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of how Russian cultural background studies are presented in Czech textbooks of Russian as a foreign language. The main aim of the thesis is to compare the frequency of represented facts in textbooks of Russian language for elementary education (Радуга по-новому 1, Поехали! Rychlý start, ЭХО 1, Классные друзья 1 и Времена 1). Another aims are: to find and compare the warm up activities within the topic of characteristic cultural facts, to compare the form of didactic arrangement of the facts (textual, visual, combined), to compare content-related differentiation of the presented cultural background studies and in relation to that to find what is the most frequent area presented, to find out whether the textbooks meet the requirements under the terms of expected outcomes defined in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education, and to compare the cultural studies representations from all Russian-speaking countries. The theoretical section explains the concepts of textbook, the Framework Educational Programme, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and also deals with the concept of cultural background studies. The practical section consists of methodology, results and evaluation of the analysis.
