Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zásobování nakupovaným materiálem ve společnosti Hutchinson s.r.o. v Rokycanech. Hlavní cíle práce je provést detailní analýzu materiálových toků na konkrétní hale a implementovat Kanban systém. Provést optimalizaci celého objednávacího systému na hale. Na závěr provést porovnání stavu před a po implementaci řešení.Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with problems of supplying of purchased material in company Hutchinson s. r. o., Rokycany. The main goals of the work are to make deatailed analysis of material flows in the solving industrial hall and to impmlement Kanban system.
