Dendrometric analysis of trees overgrowing undermined areas with the signs of subsidence in the Karviná region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dendrometrickou analýzou stromů rostoucích na poddolovaných lokalitách Karvinska. Zájmová oblast se nachází v blízkosti dnes již neaktivního dolu Lazy. Hlavním cílem práce bylo evidovat projevy subsidence pomocí dendrometrických parametrů stromů a zjistit, zda existují statisticky významné rozdíly, jak mezi jednotlivými druhy stromů, tak i mezi dílčími poklesovými bloky. Všechny relevantní stromy v oblasti zájmu byly s využitím totální stanice geodeticky zaměřené a následně byly změřeny a vizuálně analyzovány údaje o jejich velikosti a směru naklonění, průměru kmene, přítomností kolen, druhu stromů a jejich sociálním postavením. Nasbíraná data byla prostorově vizualizována. Na základě zjištěných údajů bylo prokázáno, že parametry stromů jsou závislé na tvaru reliéfu ovlivněného subsidencí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focusing on dendrometric analysis of trees overgrowing undermined areas with the signs of subsidence in the Karviná region. The area of interest is located near the now inactive Lazy mine. The main goal of this research was to find evidence of subsidence using dendometric parameters of trees and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences between both individual types of trees and between partial subsidence blocks. All trees in the area of interest were geodetically targeted using a total station, and then data on their size and direction of inclination, trunk diameter, presence of knees, tree species and social status were measured and visually analyzed. The collected data were spatially visualized. Based on the obtained data, it was proven that the parameters of the trees are dependent on the shape of the relief affected by the subsidence.
