Organization management in Tatra banka

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to characterize the organizational management of Tatra banka, and compare it with the organizational management of banks with the classic model of management and process management model. The first chapter is devoted to defining the concept of organizational management and management tools and methods which form part of that is organizational structure, organizational change, decision authority and organizational directives. A characteristic of classic, functional model of management is defined in the second chapter. The third and fourth chapter of this work describes the classic method of organizational management and process organizational management in the banking environment and its response to human resource management. The fifth chapter describes the organizational management of Tatra banka, its relation to personnel management and the sixth chapter compares it with classical organizational management and process management-controlled banks.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať organizačný manažment Tatra banky a porovnať ho s organizačným manažmentom bánk s klasickým modelom riadenia a procesným modelom riadenia. Prvá kapitola je venovaná definovaniu pojmu organizačného manažmentu a nástrojov a metód riadenia, ktoré tvoria jeho súčasť, t.j. organizačná štruktúra, organizačné zmeny, rozhodovacie právomoci a organizačné normy. Charakteristika klasického, funkčného spôsobu riadenia je definovaná v druhej kapitole. Tretia a štvrtá kapitola tejto práce opisujú klasický a procesný spôsob organizačného riadenia v bankovom prostredí ako aj jeho nadväznosti na personálny manažment. Piata kapitola opisuje organizačný manažment Tatra banky, jeho súvislosti s personálnym manažmentom a šiesta kapitola ho porovnáva s organizačným manažmentom klasicky riadených a procesne riadených bánk.
