Téma mé diplomové práce je zaměřeno na nájem bytů po novele občanského zákoníku.tj. zákon č.107/2006 Sb., (dále jen „novela“). Dne 31. března 2006 vstoupila novela v účinnost a přinesla důležité změny do práv a povinností nájemníků. In my diploma work I concentrated on the theme of hire of flats after nouvelle Civil Code, it means rule number 107/2006 Sb.,( below nouvelle). Of the day 31. March 2006 came nouvelle into force and braught very important changes into discretions and duties of the tenants.
