Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám daňovou kontrolou podle procesního zákona č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád. Kontrola je významným nástrojem daňového řízení, byla vytvořena za účelem zamezení daňovým únikům, je nástrojem správce daně sloužícím k jejich případnému odhalování. In this thesis deals with the tax inspection process by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., The Tax Code. Inspection is an important tool for fiscal management, was created to prevent tax evasion, the tax is a tool serving to their eventual detection.
