Předložená diplomová práce analyzuje výkon kontrolní činnosti realizované živnostenskými úřady. Práce se zabývá dopady nové právní úpravy procesních pravidel obsažené v kontrolním řádu na provádění živnostenských kontrol a identifikuje problémy, které se vyskytly v aplikační praxi. This diploma thesis analyses the performance of the control practice as done by the Trade Licence Offices. The main focus of interest constitutes the impact of new legal amendments in the procedural rules contained in the forms of assessment on the trade supervision processes and identifies the problems occurring in real life situations.
