Diplomová práce se zabývá současným stavem poskytování informací ve Vítkovické nemocnici a.s. a s tím související informovaností klientů. Zaměřuje se především na současné nástroje využívané k poskytování informací vedoucí k orientaci klientů a návštěvníků nemocnice. This thesis deals with the current state of providing information in Vítkovická nemocnice a.s and related awareness of clients. It focuses on present instruments used to provide information leading to the orientation of clients and visitors of the hospital.
