Bachelor thesis is deal with trace analysis of molybdenite and calcite where molybdenite mineralized with an emphasis on determination of rare earth elements using LA-ICP-MS. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá stopovou analýzou molybdenitu a kalcitu, v ktorom molybdenit mineralizuje, s dôrazom na stanovenie obsahov prvkov vzácnych zemín pomocou metódy LA-ICP-MS. V práci sú porovnávané dve rôzne metódy normalizácie výsledkov, normalizácia na 100 % a normalizácia na vnútornorný štandard.
