Abstract:
Isoflavony jsou látky rostlinného původu, které se řadí mezi fytoestrogeny. Jedná se o široce zkoumané sekundární metabolity rostlin, především kvůli širokému spektru účinků na lidský organismus. Vyskytují se v sóji a jetelovinách, které jsou běžnou součástí krmiv pro hospodářská zvířata. Abstract:
Isoflavones are substances naturally occuring in plants, which belong to the class phytoestrogens. They are secondary metabolites of plants and currently they are widely researched, primarily due to a wide range of effects on the human organism.
