Geometry of a saw chain for longitudinal cutting wood

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá geometrií pilového řetězu pro podélné dělení dřeva, jeho analýzou a posouzením kinematických parametrů a sil řezného procesu v Ernst-Merchant diagramu. Navržení metodiky experimentu pro změření těchto sil pomocí piezoelektrického tříosého dynamometru Kistler 9257B a poté vyhodnocení získaných výsledků. V rámci vyhodnocení výsledků se posuzuje vliv geometrie zubu pilového řetězu při podélném dělení dřeva na kinematické a dynamické parametry. Součástí práce je i vytvoření výkresové dokumentace k výrobě adaptéru pro uchycení dynamometru Kistler.

Abstract:

This thesis is dealing with the geometry of the saw chain for a longitudinal cutting wood, its analysis and comparison of the kinematic parameters and forces of the cutting process in the Ernst-Merchant diagram. It also includes making an experimental methodology for measuring forces with piezoelectrical dynamometer Kistler 9257B and evaluating the results. In the part of the results there is assessed the influence of the geometry of the saw chain tooth during the longitudinal division of wood on the kinematic and dynamic parameters. Other part of my thesis there is a drawing documentation for the construction of the adapter for mounting a dynamometer Kistler.
