Hlavným cieľom práce je na príklade 3 prípadových štúdií prostredníctvom situačnej analýzy vyhodnotiť situáciu v procesnom riadení grantovej dotačnej politiky v kultúre vo vybraných štatutárnych mestách a poukázať na pozitívne nastavené procesné časti v jednotlivých systémoch.
