Návrh rekonstrukce bytového domu na pasivní standard

Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na rekonstrukci bytového domu na pasivní standard. Popisuje jednotlivá opatření pro dosažení pasivního bytového standardu na příkladu konkrétního bytového domu. Stavební úpravy se týkají zateplení a výměny výplní otvorů. Dále řešení vytápění a přípravy teplé vody v domě při využití obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Zajištění výměny vzduchu řízeným větráním s rekuperací tepla.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the reconstruction of a block of apartment to the passive standard. Various measures to achieve passive housing standards are described on a particular block of apartment. Construction treatment is related to insulation and replacement windows and doors. Using of renewable energy sources to heating and domestic hot water ensuring.
