Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku oceňování nemovitostí pro zajištění úvěrů, na specifika těchto ocenění, postupu při jejich zpracování, využití v bance a význam v úvěrovém řízení. This diploma thesis is focused on real estate valuation for loan collateral, the specifics of these awards, the procedure for processing and use in the bank and importance in credit management.
