The thesis deals with inventory management in Valeo Climatization company located in Rakovník town. Its part is the theory of inventories and the most common methods of inventory management. In the practical part introduces Valeo company and its presence in Rakovnik. The inventory planning process and execution of deliveries are specified in detail.
