Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je studium relaxačního chování skla Ge\dindex{11}Ga\dindex{11}Te\dindex{78} pomocí DSC a TMA. Byly vyhodnocovány parametry fenomenologického modelu, hlavně aktivační energie Dh* , která byla získána různými matematickými metodami a jejich přesnost byla mezi sebou porovnávána.
Abstract:
Topic of this thesis was to study the relaxation behavior of Ge\dindex{11}Ga\dindex{11}Te\dindex{78} glass by DSC and TMA. The parameters of the phenomenological TNM model were evaluated. In particular, I have focused on the activation energy, which was obtained by various mathematical methods the accuracy of which was compared.
