This dissertation examines legal translation in the context of diatopic variation in Spanish criminal terminology across national legal systems. It focuses on the identification of corresponding terms for selected Czech criminal offences in Spanish-speaking jurisdictions and evaluates the extent to which translation and reference tools support this process.
