Abstract:
Diplomová práce zjišťuje výživové zvyklosti u seniorské populace, a zda došlo při vstupu do důchodu ke změně těchto zvyklostí, a kterými faktory je tato změna případně ovlivněna. Dále mapuje informovanost seniorů o zdravé výživě. V teoretické části nás seznámí s problematikou stárnutí, složkami potravy a zvláštnostmi výživy ve stáří. Abstract:
This diploma thesis investigates food choices of senior population, changes of their eating habits after they entered retirement period and also factors that influenced the change. Then it focuses on their healthy food awareness. In theoretical part it discusses aging in general, food ingredients and differences between food choices of seniors and younger people.
