Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with spatial electoral support of Christian Democratic parties in case of two neighbour states. The Czech republic is represented by KDU-ČSL and on the other hand Slovakia by KDH. Research design lies on the Social Cleavage Theory and on the approach of compositive Elecoral Geography. Diplomová práca pojednáva o rozložení volebnej podpory kresťanskodemokratických politických strán v rámci dvoch blízkych štátov. KDU-ČSL reprezentuje územie Českej republiky, zatiaľ čo KDH je predstaviteľom Slovenskej republiky.
