The analysis of financing delegated powers in municipalities with extended powers
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou financování obcí s rozšířenou působností. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, právní úpravu a postavení obcí v České republice. Další část zahrnuje výpočet příspěvku na výkon státní správy a jeho vývoj. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu financování přenesené působnosti u vybraných obcí s rozšířenou působností.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of financing municipalities with extended powers. It defines the basic concepts, rules and status of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The second part includes calculation of subsidy to the state administration. The practical part is focused on the analysis of financing delegated power on selected municipalities with extended powers.
