Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá metodou koherentního dýchání a možnostmi využití této metody v prevenci zdraví. Zaměřili jsme se na objektivizaci účinků týdenního praktikování dechového cvičení koherentního dýchání na fyzickou výkonnost, kondici, funkci kardiovaskulárního systému a psychickou kondici. The diploma thesis deals with the method of coherent breathing and the possibilities of using this method in health prevention. We focused on the objectification of the effects of weekly practice of coherent breathing breathing exercise on physical performance, fitness, cardiovascular system function and psychological condition.
