Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využíváním strategického řízení a myšlení ve společností Bosch. Primárním cílem této práce je návrh určité strategie pro řízení dané společnosti na základě poskytnutých a získaných informací o společnosti, v kombinaci s teoretickými poznatky, které jsem získal z použité odborné literatury strategického řízení. Dílčím cílem práce je analyzovat vnější a vnitřní prostředí vybrané společností, jako podpůrnou stavbou pro dosažení primárního cíle. V teoretické časti je charakterizováno pojetí „strategické řízení“ a „strategické myšlení“, představeny používané analýzy okolí podniku a druhy strategii. V praktické části je provedena vlastní analýza okolí dané firmy. Na závěr této diplomové práce na základě získaných primárních a sekundárních dat je vytvořená strategická analýza podniku a vyhotovení návrhu opatření na zlepšení procesů a strategického řízení společností spolu s návrhem na nová řešení pro získaní konkurenčních výhod se zaměřením na segmentaci zákazníků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the use of strategic thinking and management at Bosch. The primary objective of this work is to create a strategy for the management of the company and on the basis of the data obtained about the company, combined with theoretical knowledge that I gained from the literature of strategic management. The operational objective is to analyze the external and internal environment of the selected company as a supporting structure for achieving the primary objective. The theoretical part is characterized by the concept of "strategic management" and "strategic thinking", presented analyzes used around the enterprise and kind of strategy. The practical part is conducted its own analysis of the environment of the company. At the conclusion of this thesis on the basis of primary and secondary data was produced a strategic analysis of the company and copies of the draft measures to improve processes and strategic management of the company together with a proposal for new solutions to gain a competitive advantage with a focus on customer segmentation.
